Ever Cool Refrigerating & Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998.mainly dealt with Hong Kong & Macau trading business of HVAC & refrigerating related products in the early stage. In 1999, due to rapid growth of China market, a wholly subsidiary company  in China was founded, named “Dongguan Ever Cool Equipment Co., Ltd”, it care business is trading of HVAC related products and also undertook HVAC system installation in China. At the same year, we were appointed as the authorized dealer of “NICOTRA” & “BELIMO” in Hong Kong & Macau region.

2000, “Hong Kong Tech Free Air Conditioning Technology Development Ltd” was founded. We invested in China and established “Dongguan Tech Free Air Conditioning Mfy Ltd. which is a privately owned factory for manufacturing Air Handlers. The brand “TECH FREE” was built and produce a series of HVAC products such as exhaust units, fresh air units, air handling units & coils. The aforementioned products were widely adopted in Government buildings, hospitals, pharmaceutical & advance technology industries.

2008. The factory equipped with a certified Integrated Performance Test Laboratory. 2015 & 2016, we were authorized as sole distributor of “A-PLUS” &“BROAN” in Hong Kong & Macau respectively.
